It builds confidence, supports mental and physical wellbeing, creates connections and strengthens communities. But for many people, barriers such as disability, financial circumstances and access can make participation difficult.

The England Golf Trust exists to change that.

As we enter an ambitious new chapter, we're looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Board of Trustees as our 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱.

This is more than a governance role. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of a charity dedicated to ensuring more people can access and enjoy the game we all care so deeply about.

As Finance Lead, you will oversee the Trust's financial affairs, provide strategic guidance, support sound decision-making and help ensure the long-term sustainability of our work.
