Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with this high intensity workout that mixes dance-based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood and ignite your energy. Instructors train every year to master the Jazzercise method, which fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and, of course, the demanding forms of dance. Mondays: Mareham Le Fem Hall from 5:30 - 6:30pm

Tuesdays: North Kyme Hall 6:30-7:30am

Thursday: Coronation Hall Woodhall Spa from 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Alternative Saturdays: Coronation Hall Woodhall Spa 9:00-10:00am

Walk in Price: £6.50 (first class free)
DD (Unlimited classes a month): £25-30
5 Class pass: £27 (equates to £5.50 a class)
10 Class pass: £45 (equates to £4.50 a class)
