Old Northwick Stables

Hi, it’s a long long time since I posted on here and sadly it’s not a happy post…today we had to make the horrible decision to have our much loved old boy Taz put down. He taught so many kids and adults to ride and was one of the most beautiful, kindest horses I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. Even after all these years it doesn’t get any easier losing one and taz was so very special. I’m sure everyone’s got loads of pics of him, here’s just a couple we’ve found😔

Hi, such a long time since I posted on here now the rising school has closed🙈 Everything has been so different now that all the ponies are loaned out, they’re loving life, some out competing and bringing the ribbons home😍 We have a couple up for loan that have sadly been outgrown but still have so much to give. They’ll teach the most nervous child everything they know and are the most genuine ponies you could meet…..We have maisy, tupps and Tom available….is anyone is interested please message me and if everyone could share I’d really appreciate it, here’s a few pics of Maisy with her last loanee😍 To Stay at Northwick 😊

Hi everyone, sorry it’s taken so long to update the page, none of you will be surprised as you know I’m pretty awful at any admin! As you all know the riding school closed during the 1st lockdown and never reopened in between. After long consideration I have come to the decision not to reopen at all and close the riding school permanently. All the ponies are on full loan on the yard and loving a new lease of life!! I’d like to thank everyone for their support over the 20 years of running it, I’ve made some great friends and will miss you all. Please feel free to drop in and see us, we’re all still here and as mad as ever🙈 Take care and hope to see you when a bit of normality happens....Sara and Ali # # #

Just a normal day on the yard! Abbo having to share breakfast with Rona and Kellie(chicken), not quite the miserable, aggressive horse he was, then Rona and China are having their daily custard creams off Becky! 😂
