Huge progress for .brereton over the last 3 months from struggling to get her doing stuff outside of the PTs, to now 2 PTs a week and she’s at the gym about the same as me!
‘I’ve gained so much more confidence in how I look and don’t have to wear baggy clothes anymore, I’ve struggled with anaemia for a long time and for the first time I feel strong and able to do loads more without feeling tired’

Nov 2019➡️ June 2020 ➡️ July 2021
Lockdown hit everyone hard as you can see here. It happens sometimes, and it’s not the end of the world. You just need to pick yourself back up, dust yourself off and and get back on the straight and narrow.
Trust the process.

TRANSFORMATIONS
Just a couple of transformations that have been continued over lockdown! Now the gyms are open it’s time for them to crank it up a notch💪🏼
🔸 .cole96 was in a rut of little exercise and no diet during lockdown 1 so with a simple diet and exercise routine he is now and is now a finely tuned athletic machine 🤖
🔸 came to me wanting to tone up and get some b***y gains and that’s exactly what we have managed to do! Now we have a great start point to continue to smash it🍑
🔸 For university took its toll and never found the time or motivation to get in shape. Now he is working, we have managed to find a plan that works for him and we are seeing gradual results. Now back in the gym we can build up muscle mass ⏳

TRANSFORMATION
⬆️5kg
So happy with the results we have got with over the last 12 weeks!
Charlie came to me saying he struggled to put on weight and wanted to add size. He ALWAYS found it hard to put on any weight or size no matter what he tried in the gym.
The problem was Charlie is what is classed as a ‘hard gainer’, so we had to work overtime to get him the results he wanted.
Over the 12 weeks he started on 2800-3000 calories daily, then implemented a mass gainer to further increase calories. He has put on 5 kg in weight, added muscle and barley out any body fat on. The gym work was solely down to him and his hard work has shown.
The only thing that hasn’t changed is his T-shirt tan 🤣

TRANSFORMATION
1st 12lbs ⬇️
So happy to have helped June with her transformation from 12st 4lbs ➡️ 10st 6lbs in just over 12 weeks!
June came to me asking to help her lose it in time for her bday (October 1st).
She had been taking part in my Ladies Zoom classes from the start and has gone from struggling with simple exercises to now being called a ‘show off’ by her twin sister and other members😂. She has also taken it upon herself to now use her cross trainer, treadmill and weights to perform her own workouts without me having to tell her!
Just simple tweaks to her diet and exercise has allowed her to feel so much more confident!
