Join us at South Sheilds on 17th August at 15:00 for a special Families on Track session – part of the exciting Tidal Trails Festival! 🏖️

This fun and friendly event is all about getting the whole family moving – together! Whether you're running, walking, or just enjoying the atmosphere, it's the perfect way to stay active and have fun together 💛👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

All the families danced, ran and raced around the Families on Track course, completing laps to add up to the magical 10K together, before running over the finish line as a team! 🏁
