- long term support from a single Social Worker through times of change.
- advice to make you own arrangements such as Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- phone based advice.
- a professional visiting service for your loved ones when in hospital and care homes, to report back to you. I also offer training in teh Mental Capacity Act 2005 and I am able to advise in detail on the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). I have practiced as a Best Interests Assessor (BIA) for the DoLS since 2009 and offer support and supervision to less experienced BIAs. I am based in Worcester and work in surrounding counties, but I can advise anyone, anywhere, with any problem. I am a Registered Social Worker (SW30200) and my services are appropriately insured.
