Summer Cricket Camps 🏏🏏

Final opportunity to book your child onto this weeks OECC Summer Cricket Camp!!! We had a great time during the Easter half term and we hope to provide an even better experience this summer!

Week 1: Monday 24th July, Tuesday 25th July & Wednesday 26th July (3 Days)

Week 2: Monday 31st July - Tuesday 1st August & Wednesday 2nd August (3 Days)

The following deals apply; £80 for 3 days or £150 for 6 days, otherwise it's £30 per day or £20 for any half days.

Hard and soft ball cricket is available and run by our senior coaches Nic and Connor!

CRICKATHON ALERT 🚨🏏

On Saturday 11th March midday till Sunday 12th March Midday, OEs have decided to host a Crickathon, 24 hours of non-stop cricket! For this to be successful and competitive we need teams and we want other clubs or anyone who fancies entering a team involved! The maximum number of players per team is 10 and each team must provide at least £50 sponsorship. All money raised will be going to the payment of our new nets!

Throughout the 24 hours, a member of the team must be participating in one or more cricket-related activities - Hard and Soft ball will be available and points will be given throughout the event. The team with the most points wins! All team members do not need to be on-site all the time, however, there will be options to set up camp in the paddock and stay the whole time- bonus points will be provided for those that survive the full 24 hours. If you want to get involved but don’t have a team, you can register as an individual just fill in the form below and select “individual looking for a team”.

If you don’t wish to partake, please do come and support our event!! The bar will be open from 11 am on Saturday and will close at 11 pm. BBQ food will also be available from 11 am. Between 11 pm and 11 am we will be offering non-alcoholic drinks only. On Sunday Morning, we will be providing breakfast food from 7 am e.g. Bacon Sandwiches, Beef sausage sandwiches and Vegetarian options. From 11:30 onwards a BBQ and Curry will be provided at a small price to help celebrate how much we have raised for the club!

This will be a chance to have some fun and socialise before the season starts!

England v India T20 U19 Finals

After an incredibly tense game yesterday, England U19 Womens, which our very own Charis Pavely is representing, have made it into the final v India. It starts at 11:45 tomorrow (Sunday 29th January). OEs will be streaming it live from 11:30 and it’s doors will be open at 11.

We will have bacon sandwiches available for £1 as well as tea and coffee.

Of course, the bar will be open from 12! 🍻

Let’s create our very own Charis Army and support our Charis all the way to victory!!!

Just having one final push for our Tim Phillips Memorial Day which is happening tomorrow 12-5pm at Old Elizabethans Cricket Club.

We have very exciting news, Worcestershire County Cricket player Adam Finch will be attending. Can your child bowl him out? Fancy getting an autograph? He will be there 2-3pm so come and meet him!

We’re also offering a range of other family fun activities including; skittles, a bouncy castle, an inflatable slide, coconut shy, face painting and many more! Sonia our lovely curry/bbq lady and Lynda who does our fantastic tuck shop will also be there so plenty to eat! And of course the bar will be open all day!

We also have stocks, unfortunately for me and many of the other coaches, we have been chosen to be in them! If you fancy throwing a wet sponge at one of us feel free too, someone will always be in them throughout the day!

OEs will also be participating in an exciting T10 tournament v nomads and Dave XI. The 1st match starts at 10 o’clock if you wish to come and watch!

Please come along even if it’s for a short amount of time. Plenty to get involved in! Invite all your friends and family, everyone is welcome! Very big day for the club and would be great to have your support!

All proceeds from the day will be going to St Richards Hospice and the OEs Net Crowdfunder.
