Thank you Joe Wicks for my 20min workout this morning! Should have been at Bootcamp but poor Lois had a painful wobbly tooth so Joe stepped in instead😄💪🏼

So I did a post yesterday about my weekend activities but it seems to have disappeared🤷🏻♀️Tbh I was a little slack due to having work & miss Bootcamp but I still made sure I did my extra bits to stay active in January! Extra walks and extra dancing😃

Lovely frosty run this morning over the countryside centre❄️ We even had icicles in our hair!
Great start to the day & my challenge ticked off for today✅
Yoga classes are starting at Life at Whitehouse Worcester tomorrow at 9am! £5 for non-members🧘🏻
Day behind again!!🙈A very busy Wednesday but I still managed to fit in 20mins in the gym on my break👌

Forgot to post yesterday!Oops! Doesn’t mean I forgot to do my bit tho! Morning motivator at work, mixing some cardio, body weight strength & core work!
We’re heading into the middle of January, blue Monday is approaching - don’t let it get you!! The best thing you can do to get through this month is stay active!! Make that extra little effort, take that 20 min walk instead of just sitting in front of the TV…you’ll feel so much better for it even in this cold weather!💪🏼👊🏼😎
