U11 Leopards Crowned Malvern Hillsiders Summer Tournament Champions

Congratulations to our Nunnery Wood FC U11 Leopards, who were crowned Cup Winners at the recent Malvern Hillsiders Summer Tournament!

The Leopards produced a fantastic series of performances throughout the competition, showing excellent teamwork, determination and sportsmanship. After progressing through some tough matches, the team held their nerve to lift the cup and finish the tournament as deserved champions.

This is a brilliant achievement for the players and a reward for all their hard work, commitment and development throughout the season. The success reflects the dedication of the coaching team and the fantastic support provided by parents and families.

Everyone at Nunnery Wood FC is incredibly proud of the U11 Leopards. Congratulations to all the players, coaches and supporters on a fantastic tournament victory.

Scorpions Finish Season as Tournament Runners-Up

A fantastic way for the Scorpions to round off a long and successful season at the Droitwich Tournament.

Competing against 12 strong teams, including three MJPL sides and several talented Mercian League teams, the Scorpions battled their way out of the group stages before producing outstanding performances in both the quarter-finals and semi-finals.

Playing excellent football throughout and showing great sportsmanship at every stage, the team earned a well-deserved place in the final, where they were narrowly beaten 1-0 by Raiders.

A brilliant effort from everyone involved and a performance to be proud of. Congratulations to the Scorpions on finishing as tournament runners-up, and enjoy a well-earned summer break before returning ready to go again at the end of August.

U12 Phoenix Win the Plate at Meadow Park Tournament

Congratulations to our U12 Phoenix, who claimed the Plate trophy at the Meadow Park Tournament in Stoke Prior.

Playing in tough conditions on a hot afternoon and facing some very strong opposition, Phoenix battled their way to the Plate Final.

After a hard-fought 0-0 draw, the final was decided by penalties, where Phoenix kept their nerve to secure a fantastic 4-3 victory.

A brilliant achievement and a well-deserved reward for the team's determination. Well done, Phoenix!

⚽ Development Centre Update ⚽

Just a quick reminder that our Development Centre sessions are taking a summer break and we'll be back and ready for the new season on 19th & 20th September, with our new session times (see flyer).

We hope everyone has a fantastic summer, and we look forward to welcoming both returning and new players in September! 💙❤️
