Working with K.J.Choi in 2003
When living in Florida, and working for Phil Ritson, we would go to TPC Sawgrass , Jacksonville ( where KJ lived) to coach him. He was having trouble with Caddies so he asked my to caddy for him at The Open at Royal St George’s. We finished 22nd, so he asked me to continue until he found a full time caddy. I ended up doing 12 events, and he eventually got to world number 9. Some great experiences going to Denver, Colorado, 6500 feet above sea level, finished 15th. US PGA at Oak Hill GC New York, then onto Firestone, World Series tournament. Finished 1 shot off the playoff in the Canadian Open. Texas Open 7th, Greater Greensborough 7th.
World Series, East Lake, Atlanta, and played with Tiger Woods twice, Sergio Garcia, Phil Mickelson, finishing 5th( photo below signed hats by Tiger and Sergio).
So many experiences, not always great, and so many stories to share.
