Starting Tuesday 25th August, our next ‘Get HYROX Fit’ Training Camp is perfect if you’ve been thinking about trying HYROX, have an event booked later this year, or simply want a new challenge.
Whether you want to learn how to wall ball, push a sled, improve your running or understand the HYROX race format, this camp is for you.
Led by HYROX Coach Dalmar, you’ll build your fitness, confidence, technique and understanding of HYROX through structured weekly sessions.
Never done HYROX before? No problem!
Many of our current HYROX athletes started as complete beginners and have gone on to become confident HYROX race finishers.
When & Where:
Tuesdays | Perdiswell | 7:45pm
HYROX-specific training focusing on race stations, technique and building your engine.
Includes a HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test).
Saturdays | Nunnery Wood | 9:00–10:00am
Compromised running sessions designed to help you run stronger when fatigued.
