September Harvest. The time to enjoy the end of the summer foods and the start of autumn! With still lots of tomatoes, cucumbers, courgette and fresh herbs as well as squash.

We made

tabbouleh (fresh parsley, tomatoes, onions, bulgur wheat)

pumpkins stuffed with rice mixed with warm spices (like cinnamon, ginger, mixed spice) and nuts and raisins (and roasted the pumpkin seeds)

spinach cooked in garlic and tomato and spices like cumin and turmeric

aubergines fried and then slow cooked with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and tahini

and finally spicy sauce made by blending chilli, parsley, mint, garlic and lemon

Our first
Nearly giving up
I am no longer able to understand
It is harder than ever. I thought i had some ability to understand how things work, but clearly, I do not, and I am clearly in the wrong business
Not only struggling with water and rain as we rely heavily on nature
The water company decided to increase their prices by 50% and no one could answer your call or tell you how they come up with 50%
I do understand prices are on the increase everywhere but 50%!!

All day and temperature dropping to -4
Trying to save these Radichio
That look like roses
I think the gap will be early this year
