The global group fitness brand Les Mills, now has a childrens group fitness class that allows younger members to experience a fun, instructor-led exercise routine. Fully choreographed and taking in elements of dance, play and most importantly fun! Born to move helps to teach kids that staying fit should be enjoyable and inclusive.
