My heart behind this rebrand is to offer a space that feels warm β like a home from home. A place where you can slow down and reconnect. Iβll be guiding both gentle, soothing practices and more energising classes, each created to restore calm, balance, and ease in both your body and mind πΈ

Thank you to all who came to class yesterday! In our sequence we practiced Dancer Pose π§π»ββοΈ a very empowering posture, focusing on balance, concentration & bringing awareness into the present π€ Amazing energy as always!!β¨

Mind body connection.. what is it? πΊπ±
You may hear this in your yoga classes (my students will know this is a huge focus in our practices!π«ΆπΌ) & you may be wondering what exactly is this connection?
Our mind & bodies are connected meaning your thoughts, feelings and emotions can have an affect on your physical well-being and vice versa. During class, we focus on our breathing bringing your awareness to your body opening your heart space allowing energy to flow, calming the mind π€

This class is beginner-friendly & suitable for all levels! π±
What to expect:
β’ Beginning with breathing techniques to connect to your breath, relaxing your mind & body.
β’ Creating warming energy in the body through a vinyasa yoga flow.
β’ Slowing down transitioning into relaxation focusing on mindfulness.
β’ Ending with a restorative rest (Savasana) where you can experience an optional head & shoulder massage for the ultimate relaxation. π©·
