Outdoor Mindfulness & Yoga Summer Sessions ☀️ - Feedback needed

Need a little mid-week reset? ☺️ As some of you know I teach an early morning flow at Catshill Meadow Park Wednesdays 7:15 - 8 am & Friday evening reset 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the Catshill Village Hall. I'm thinking of offering more Wednesday slots to make Yoga & Mindfulness more accessible for as many of you as I can 🧘‍♀️ Let me know from the following which time slot would best suit you:

☀️ Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:15am

☀️ Wednesdays 1 - 1:45 pm

☀️ Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:15 pm

These sessions will hopefully run until the end of September 🙏 £5 pay in cash - no need to book just come along with your mat ✨🌸🌳

Relaxing weekend by the ocean 🌊☀️ In yoga we're always encouraged to listen to what our bodies need. For me this was a couple of days to slow down my mind, turn my phone off and instead get the digital camera out 📷😊 reconnect with nature 🌷 and allow myself to rest 🩷
