Here we go ..,..

Jenny's fundraiser for British Heart Foundation 27/04/2026

For the fourth year in a row, myself and some of my clients are heading up onto the Malverns to walk a five or ten mile route.

We are doing this because we have been working in our strength and fitness in the classes and we want to prove that it’s been worth it. Many people walking have had a cardiac event or they know someone who has and so we are also we are raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

The BHF fund life saving research so that new treatments are available to those with heart disease.

Here is the link if you would like to donate. Date of the walk is May 9th!

Lunch yesterday was tofu , sweet potato, mushroom and peppers. I added some seasoning and a bit of spicy sauce.

High in protein, low in fat, high in vitamins and minerals and surprisingly filling.

Breakfast= Greek yoghurt with berries and peanut butter.

Aiming to UP my calories this week as I realise I haven’t been eating enough and it’s slowed my metabolism.

I’m aiming for 130 grams of protein, 52gams of fat and lots of fruits and vegetables with some whole grains too.

Thank you Kate for this review. ❤️

I love my job and I’m lucky to have such fab clients.

Finding out l was going to become a grandparent made me realise l really wanted and needed to improve my fitness and mobility, along with loosing weight. I had reached a pretty low point in my mid 50s and after failed attempts l decided l needed to do something different if things were going to change, completely outside of my comfort zone, and look for someone who could help me get fitter. That’s when l found Jenny.
My weekly sessions with Jenny have made a massive difference. Seeing her weekly helps keep me on track and really helps in keeping going. Jenny tailors the weekly 1-1 session to my health and fitness level. She is always encouraging, sharing lots of suggestions and tips to support progress on fitness, nutrition and weight loss. I have tried things l never imagined – boxing and dead lifts to name a few! Jenny is supportive and extremely approachable, always focusing on the positive and encouraging me, both when we are together and ready for the week ahead.
I have been seeing Jenny for a year now. Its an ongoing journey for me, but one year in l have become more mobile, more comfortable in clothes and more confident in my fitness. l have also lost 4 stone (25.5 kg). The 6 week progress checks, where we measure and record weight and check fitness levels, mean that the journey is broken into smaller manageable chunks and focus on moving forward each time.
I would encourage anyone looking to finally do something that will work to improve their health and loose weight to get in touch with Jenny and give it a go. Its made a massive difference for me on my fitness journey.

Another review from a client who started PT sessions with me in August 2025. She is 33 and has three young children and wanted to get her fitness back on track.

The best thing about having sessions with Jenny is that I have made a commitment to Jenny as well as myself- to get active and to be more mindful with what I eat. Life is busy, for me I have three small children and the mum guilt often gets in the way. But I know, and all of my family knows, once a week, that’s my hour- and I love it. I come away feeling like I have had a deep dive therapy session while sparking all the endorphins. Jenny tracks my measurements and progress for me, all I have to do is show up and give it my all (and ignore the biscuit tin!). Highly recommend Jenny for her work wisdom and enthusiasm, I wouldn’t have been able to do the post-partum weight loss and back to fitness journey without her support.

Ok - it doesn’t look that appetising but trust me it’s really nice and it’s nutritious.

It is quite calorific though so make sure it’s for fuelling up to last you a good few hours.

30g Oats - organic because otherwise they absorb all the chemicals used in production.
1 raw egg mixed with oats
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1/2 banana
Handful of raspberries and blueberries
Any nuts or seeds that you want to add

Bake in the oven on 160 for half an hour

Add some Greek yoghurt once baked! 👍🏼
