📣 A little reminder that there are no in-person classes 22nd-29th May
💻 Online classes are available as normal for all Core Pilates participants
🩵 It will take me a little longer than usual to respond to messages/emails as I take some time off with family

We have a handful of places available in our lovely Droitwich & Worcester groups for this May/June course 🎉

Classes are small in size, friendly & non-competitive. Suitable for a range of abilities (from beginner level) with modifications & progressions offered throughout each class.

All taught by an APPI-certified Pilates instructor, with 12 years of experience & a background in Physiotherapy.

✨Rock Village Pilates✨

🩵 One space has become available in our small, friendly, mixed ability Pilates class on Tuesday mornings (10:45am) at Rock Village Hall! Our September & October course begins tomorrow (Tuesday 9th), so do get in touch if you’d like to book.

🚶‍♀️Fantastic for improving your posture, balance, strength & flexibility, Pilates focuses on the core or central muscles.
It is a flowing, mat-based exercise form which many find hugely beneficial when it comes to managing back pain & other long term health complaints.

🙋🏼‍♀️ All classes are taught by Natalie, a fully-certified Pilates instructor with 11 years teaching experience & a background in Physiotherapy.

👉 I modify, adapt & progress the exercises in our classes to ensure everyone is working at a comfortable level for them. Classes are small, friendly & provide an hour for you to focus on just you; nothing else 😌
