Gym space now available to hire in Worksop🏋🏼‍♀️

After years of experience personal training in gyms, I know the frustration of paying extortionate rent prices whilst training to build up a client base. That’s why am I have created an opportunity for local PT’s to hire space to work from that’s flexible and fair.

CLIENT PROGRESS💕😍…

So proud of this progress! My client has worked so hard consistently coming to x1 PT session a week with me, as well as attending fitness classes.

When she came to me at the start she was tired of not feeling confident in her own body and was ready to change that.

No extremes or shortcuts just consistency, structure and showing up even through difficult weeks. Having routine and a commitment of showing up to a session with me helped her keep motivation.

This is her progress so far, we’re still going but I couldn’t be more happy for her🤩
