We are still on the look out for a varied group of Community Grant Panel Volunteers to support the Bassetlaw Community Grants Programme.

As a Grant Panel Volunteer, you would meet with other panel members to discuss how the funding will be allocated and decide which groups will benefit from the funding.

This year, Love Parks week runs from 28 July to 6 August.

The Keep Britain Tidy annual campaign celebrates parks, green spaces, and the dedicated volunteers and workers that look after them all year round. 🌷

Throughout the week, we’re going to be telling you about the wonderful parks we have across Bassetlaw, the facilities they have and how you can get out and enjoy the open spaces and parks across our district.

Our parks include:
📍Retford Kings Park
📍The Canch, Worksop
📍And Langold Country Park.

Join us this Week as we celebrate these spaces that we love across our district and ensure they remain accessible, enjoyable places for all!🌳

Community and voluntary groups in Bassetlaw will soon be able to benefit from a share of more than £337k of the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Following a rigorous selection process, we are pleased to announce that we have been appointed to develop, manage and administer the ‘Community and Voluntary Grant Programme’, over the next two years on behalf of Bassetlaw District Council
