What I do when not in the Kart....
What a week I've had!
Started my new job, full time and out of education, Mum and Dad breathed a sigh of relief 💸 💰
On Wednesday I got my final cadet promotion to Warrant Officer, 7 months of studying and a final interview... so happy to pass selection! 👑
Yesterday I began my silver gliding scholarship, lots and lots of 'air' time yesterday, was brilliant and I learned lots, all gearing towards my solo flight! 🛫
No racing till September 😢 as summer break for the championship but plenty taking up my time including test days and kart maintenance ⚙️ 🔧 making sure everything is tip top for September 🏁

First heat done, had a great start, JUST managed to avoid a crash in front of me to get round track safely 👍 phew!

Well that's came round quick! Start of the 2025 championship gets underway this weekend at Trent Valley Kart Club (TVKC) PF International Kart Circuit.
Looking forward to being back on track and the weather is promising to behave 👌

So this happened yesterday .... 1st time pass with no minors! Happy days and happy motoring!

Mixed bag yesterday with practise and TQ. Good results on practice. Chain snapped on TQ which hampered progress and start position.
On to today, very very wet track so wet set up ready, wet engine on, a steady practice to get the feel of the track... next is pre-final.
