Today, we saw our U12 Leopards in cup action.
It was a very slow start from the team today and found ourselves quickly behind. We equalised quickly with a long-distance strike from JB.
But defensive mistakes and lack of intensity saw us go in 3-1 down at the break. It could have been much worse, but for C in goal and JA in defence, who were both outstanding. 2nd half continued in the same vein as the first, and we again conceded sloppy goals. We finally woke up midway through yhe half and tried to make a game of it with JBL hitting another long distance effort before the goal of the game which was finished off by JB for her 2nd of the game. We'd given ourselves too much to do though, if we can perform like we did in the last 15 minutes in the future, then we'll have a lot more positive results throughout the season.
