1st time I've seen this, thought it was strong. You have to be prepared to "suffer" to get what you desire.

T's and bling are nice but fresh air and forests are better!!

All done! Lack of training meant I wasn't going to beat my last time. I did manage to catch up to Jo on our last laps, so we finished together ❤, something that rarely happens, so it was really pleasant.
