The idea was born from Adele, our Clinical Team Leader and this has developed into a blossoming relationship.
Your Space at Home is an online exercise platform – Bpl have provided our patients, relatives and staff, free access, Providing a range of classes from breathing classes and seated exercise, to your extreme HIIT workout, meeting everyone’s ability.
We will be using this for our patients in the hospice, who will then be able to access this in the comfort of their own home if they wish too. This is an amazing resource and we are proud to share this with you.

Hi was wondering if you are getting some cover for classes that aren’t being put on like tonight’s abs blast and kettle etc, there just seems to be a lot of virtual spins being put in place of classes which are getting fewer. Will there be any new classes and more choice to follow the leisure centre’s new look and updated facilities which are brilliant?

RLSS National Lifeguard Course at Your Space Worksop 📣
The course runs from Monday 17th to Friday 21st October 8:30am - 5:30pm
Every candidate attending an NPLQ course must be 16 years old at the time of taking the NPLQ final assessment and be able to:
•Jump/dive into deep water
•Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
•Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water
•Tread water for 30 seconds
•Surface dive to the floor of the pool
•Climb out unaided without ladder/steps and where the pool design permits
