Having just read some of this seasons Qi Journal I am beginning to wonder if some of their contributors have been spying on our park practice 😉. It's comforting to occasionally find out your ancestors and teachers taught you well and that you have probably unknowingly been passing this wonderful art to students and the next generation to help spread peace, health and wellbeing to the world. Hi Everyone! Yes we are still waving our arms around every Sunday apart from bad weather days. As Christmas & New Year approaches, We have decided to take a Tai Chi break, with a one off on the 21st Dec. Returning to normal classes on the 11th Jan, and if I can arrange it, we maybe indoors until around April when weather traditionally improves. Regards Mike 🙏☯
