Hey guys these are all vitamins and proteins that we use throughout the month as this is very important for what your body needs while you training. Tranning only meets you halfway the rest comes from your protein and vitamin intake and your nutrition which is very important. I personally as well as the chaps that train with me prefer USN products not because its South African but we feel their proteins are reasonably priced and of good quality.....
