Over the last 3 years, I’ve had a lot if memorial related requests with every person having an incredible story to tell.

Delivered Graham his double signed shirt. Graham was his driver for many years and he came to me with these 2 special shirts he was gifted prior to his recent retirement.
He told me James was an exceptional bloke to drive around and that he thanked him with a match worn shirt against West Ham alongside a signed away top.

Last Sunday I ran a 58:40 PB at the and absolutely loved it.
When I’m not working or framing, I’m either at football or running.
Having achieved a half marathon in March, the 10k challenge was sub 1 hour and the conditions were just perfect for me to hit it.
11 more items to frame and then it’s time to enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
Worthing 10k is less than 3 weeks away, now a sub 55 is a must
