A cracking session last night guys n girls. Keeping it simple, covering choke/throttle escapes. And some cracking sparring too.

An absolute stomper of a session last night. A great little run over of some of the groundwork skills we have been doing over the lady 4/5wks.

It was an incredibly physical 90mins for you all and you rocked, recover well and see you all next week for more fun n games.

A top draw session last night by the crew. It was a heavy physical start to the session, then on to a few rounds of sparring and then 3 different self defence skills.
All wrapped up with a high pressure, skills round for each one if them.
Keep it up, cacking work, looking forward to next week already.

A little over 24hrs until our last session of '22 begins. It has been a stomper of a year for the club and a real pleasure training you all, past n present.
Looking forward to a great turn out for tomorrow's session, the final '22 bash up....
