The Club is a registered member of the British Judo Association (BJA), and is run under BJA rules. The BJA is affiliated to the Sports Council, the British Olympic Association, the European Judo Union, and the International Judo Federation. The British Judo Council (BJC), Britain’s second largest judo body, is affiliated to the British Judo Association. The Club started in 1990 and we believe in leading from the front and demonstrate both technical and competitive working judo.

Another great Judo session for RSJC on Friday, everyone got stuck in with standing and ground work.

We’re back at Worthing Leisure Centre this Friday, 6.15 – 7.45 pm. Can’t make it?

Juniors train Tuesday 6.45 – 7.45 pm and seniors 7.45 – 8.45 pm at Wick Hall in Littlehampton, and there’s a senior session on Wednesday 6.30 – 8 pm at Ashington.
