As people are obviously aware I had restarted 121s again and now due to this lockdown they are back on hold the minute the gym reopens and they are allowed to commence I will repost and they will start full flow again with a class possible to restart again if there’s enough interest

Fridays 1800-1900
1900-2000
2000-2100
Saturdays
0900-1000
1000-1100
1100-1200
1200-1300
Sunday’s same times as Saturdays
Pm to check availability and book
Prices will be £30ph or a group of two people £45ph
On the day last min cancellations will be changed 50% of the hourly fee unless genuine reason please give at least 24hrs notice to cancel
