New Year, New You?
We are now in December and everyone is focusing on Christmas 🎄but on the other side of that is the start of another year and once all the excitement fades and the reality of mid-winter hits we can all fall into the trap of feeling like we are stuck on a hamster 🐹 wheel. The same year on repeat where nothing changes.....

Mondays - Private sessions only. Message me to enquire. Pilates and/or PT sessions available.
Tuesdays at 12 pm Pilates group classes at Fit M Fun, 38 High Street, Littlehampton, BN17 5ED. Don't forget all classes between 9 - 5 pm are at a discounted rate of £10 per class!
Tuesday at 1 pm is the Seated Pilates Mobility class 🪑. Making Pilates even more accessible to more people.
Tuesday at 6.30 pm Pilates class in the Dance Studio, Bohunt School, 65a Broadwater Road, Worthing, BN14 8AH. Limited places available.
Wednesday's availability for 1:1 Pilates sessions, personal training sessions, wellness walks and "walk & talk" Executive Coaching. For more details on wellness walks and coaching please send me a message.
Thursday's at 6.30pm is my long-standing class at Clapham & Patching Village Hall, 201 Long Furlong, Patching, Worthing, BN13 3UT. This is an ideal class for intermediates. This class is full but I am offering a waiting list if you wish to know when space becomes available.

Here are 5 common mistakes that I see as a Pilates Instructor and PT that people make when they are recovering from an injury.
Injuries don’t just need time, they need the right kind of movement, guidance, and patience!
Whether you’re returning from illness, surgery, or a strain, these are some of the most common mistakes I see:
😥 Rushing back into activity too soon
😥 Only focusing on the injured area
😥 Ignoring pain/pushing through
😥 Not doing or not doing the right strengthening exercises
😥 Trying to figure it all out alone (the DIY route) which can set you back and take you longer to recover
Remember: recovery isn't just about getting back to where you were....it's about coming back stronger and smarter!
