I have told a lot of peoples stories on here, so I thought it was time for me to (once again) share mine 💪
My journey has not been plain sailing, I really wish it was, but throughout the years, I have put in the effort, worked through pain, and dealt with my fair share of discrimination, and I'm still standing 🥰
The next year of my life is going to look VERY different, and I will be documenting it on my personal account ! I am not ready for it, I don't think anyone could be, but it has to happen, and I'll come back stronger 🫡

Progress in football isn't just about pushing harder, it's about knowing when to recover, reset, and come back stronger 🧡⚽️
For many female disabled footballers, every step forward comes while managing chronic pain, overcoming physical limitations, and adapting to challenges that others may never see 🔥
Strength isn't just measured by performance on the pitch, it's found in the determination to keep showing up, keep believing, and keep moving forward 💪
