Should you workout with back/knee/ect pain?
Do you need stretching? Is that just a waste of time?
You can’t shock your muscles into growing. That whole idea of constantly switching things up so your body “doesn’t get used to it”? It sounds cool… but that’s not how muscle works. 💪
Muscles don’t get “confused” or “shocked.” They adapt.
And the way they adapt is through progressive overload - basically, giving them a reason to get stronger over time.
That could mean lifting a bit more weight, doing an extra rep, improving your form, or slowing down the tempo.
Those small, consistent progressions are what actually drive change.
When you’re constantly changing workouts, your body never gets the chance to get good at anything - and that means less progress.
Do the same movements, get better at them, and make them harder over time. That’s how you grow stronger, leaner, and more confident - without all the gimmicks.😊
