Deadlift checklist:👌💪
1. Feet. Shoulder-width apart. 🏋️
2. Bar is over your mid-foot/laces.
3. Straight back. Roll your shoulders back and down.
4. Tighten your core. Big squeeze to protect your back.
5. Keep the bar close, push the floor away, stand tall.

Well, well, well…let’s talk about everybody’s favourite - press up 🤔😂
Firstly, it’s a great and simple bodyweight exercise for your chest, triceps, shoulders and core 👌
Secondly, it’s HARD. It feels hard and is hard to progress in, however hopefully these tips will help you out a bit 🤞:
1. Hands go shoulder-width apart, in line with the bottom of your chest.
2. Keeps your body straight, squeeze your bum and imagine you are performing a plank. 😉
3. Try to go as low as you can, ideally touch the floor but if that’s too hard then scale it down by using TRX or elevate it onto the bench or box.
4. Don’t forget to breathe 🧘♀️👌 Breathe out on a way up 👌

Little by little, a little becomes a lot 🌱
Everything... no matter what it is, starts out from the smallest of steps.
The conception of an idea, an email, a phone call, a hello, just the decision in your mind to do something.
That can be the catalyst for great things to come down the line.
We then want these ‘little’ steps to continue 🔟
They come in two forms
These minor steps add up, and they add up, and they add up 📈
Soon they are stacked, so much so, that you are now closer than ever to your main goal.
So much so, that you can’t even remember a time before them.
Small consistent wins ALWAYS add up 💪
These are the boring, basic, and daily tasks you do. The things that seem insignificant 🌟
If you missed one day, would it really matter?
BUT it’s those little things that accumulate. They are the stackable things.
You then have the small goals 🎯
These are check boxes, they are the signals to say, ‘You are on track!’.
You hit your goal of drinking 2.5L of water each day for 1 week.
That’s a big tick in the box ✅
So, remember it’s the little things, done well, for a long period of time which gets us the results we want.
