Natural dessert!🤔
Much better than man made dessert, because you can eat it every day in moderation without worrying too much about many consequences, such as the increasing your Insulin level. The only unfriendly two you need to be careful with, are Mango 🥭 and Grapes 🍇 because they have the highest amount of FRUCTOSE which is fruit sugar.

Why you should do your best to eat Organic, or free-range chicken 🍗 instead of conventional chickens 🐓, simply because of these very important reasons. Conventional are kept in cages, not allowed to move freely, injected with hormones to speed growth, always kept in unhygienic and unhealthy conditions meaning they are also often treated with antibiotics. You don’t want any of these horrible substances to get into your system right?, so pay extra for organic, and consider it as investment in your health, because health❤️ is the best wealth.💪🏽

Very important source of minerals and healthy fat. Again eat it with moderation, because it could make a very serious side effects, if you consume it too much, Especially Brazilian nuts because it contains high amounts of Selenium. It’s one of the most important minerals your body needs to support your immune system, powerful antioxidant, protect the thyroid, prevent mental decline, but too much Selenium can be dangerous and could lead to Selenium toxicity.

Once it mentioned, most of us think like it’s dangerous, killer and should be removed from our diet completely.🫣☠️
