2 BAck-to-back fitness classes ....Jump Rope followed by a Dynamic Yoga session. You can choose to do one or both of the classes. You won't look back.

Quite simply, this is the class I would want to go to...So I decided to put it on! Brilliant warm up burning on average 450 calories per half hour......Then comes the yoga for a complete workout.

This week we will continue to work on Surya Namaskara A - the classic sun salutation .

Already there's an improvement in stamina and technique in my Jump Rope class.... After just 2 weeks! It won't take long to see results.... Burning around 600 calories in one session
