I offer Personal Training one to one or in groups. This can be done in the privacy of your home/garden, local park, beach. I also offer nutritional advice and workout programs. If you live far away and would just like nutritional advice or a workout program, this can be done via email - no meeting necessary. This is me 💗 my journey to my wedding day, my focus 💗 100 billion percent happy 💗

I've wanted to post this for a few months to show those struggling to jump over those obstacles, you've got this!
My wedding day body took focus, determination, love and motivation to get there.
Around 8 years ago I lost 6 stone and became a personal trainer, why? Because seeing the challenges and hurdles from my journey, I knew I would be able to help others, and I absolutely loved it, such a rewarding job. A few years ago I changed careers due to moving to Kent and I put on 3 stone, it happens!
I carried on yo yo ing for years until I found my real focus, my wedding day. The thought of being in front of so many people being a fatty, was not what I wanted and the thought of fat wedding photos!
These above are just a couple of reasons how I found the focus.
It took 8 months on & off, with a pr*****ed disc for 5 months, a fight to get to the gym to do exercises that didn't hurt my back, but also strengthen. Those were some of the challenges, however I am so happy with the body I had for my wedding day. I absolutely love the photos & love the feeling when I got there.
So now the wedding day is over, my journey continues and I have put on a stone and finding it a challenge to find the focus again, so I have started my own body focus health kick, with the aim of hitting 90% of these daily:

[ ] 45 mins Gym strength training
[ ] 45 mins Yoga
[ ] Walk 1 to 2 hours
[ ] Say hello and smile to more than 2 people
[ ] 3 balanced meals
[ ] Drink more than 2 jugs of water
[ ] 1 Protein shake
[ ] 3 things to be grateful for
[ ] 5 mins meditation
[ ] 8 hours sleep
[ ] Read my book for 20 mins

Fat burner HIT dumbell fun workout! 🏋ïļâ€â™€ïļðŸ’ŠðŸƒâ€â™€ïļâ˜€ïļðŸ’—
Quite fun when you get into it and the sprints mix it up a bit.

5 rounds - 12 reps each exercise - no rest until end of round - 20 secs rest only.

1 round is 12 reps of each exercise, one after the other 7 exercises total.

Every exercise has dumbells apart from sprint.

Squat press
Military press
Sprint to end of garden or fast steps if have no garden for 30 secs.
Upright row
Reingage row
Sprint to end of garden
Half burpee with DB.

Once 5 rounds is complete 1min rest, then do 5 minutes no rest of one 1 rep of all the exercises above and count the amount of rounds you can do in 5 minutes to beat your next session 😆ðŸĪ—

After that straight out for a 1.5 mile run outside.

Don't forgot to warm up and cool down!

Intervals - don't forget how amazing interval training is! Builds fitness and burns fat 💗🏃‍♀ïļâ˜€ïļ This is my pre breakfast interval running session I have just completed - 20 intervals: 1min fast split / 30 secs slow split. 💗

Pre workout breakfast.
1 hout strength based workout, give it a go if you fancy it ðŸĪ— If you haven't got weights, grab 2 tins of food, squats are holding weight to chest, bridge holding weight to middle hips, lunges weight holding overhead, rest are as per exercise. It's a good one 😆🏋ïļâ€â™€ïļ
Breakfast is blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, red grapes, alpro soya, pecans and honey. Yummm. Shout if want any support 💊

How is everyone's eating during the lockdown...😆
Start the day as you mean to go on!
Post 5 mile run this morning my breakfast was a bowl of blueberries, raspberries, orange, grapefruit, banana and red grapes. With a topping of coconut alpro yoghurt and sq**rt of honey, it was yum! 💗
If your trying to lose weight, add a little bit of exercise pre breakfast to boost your fat burning.

Evening everyone ☀ïļ
I haven't posted in a long while, but having heard comments that people are struggling with motivation to exercise, I wanted to pop my head up 😊
Daily exercise is crucial to keep our bodies healthy and our mind well 🏋ïļâ€â™€ïļðŸƒâ€â™€ïļðŸ’ŠðŸĪ—😇
Even just a 20 minute walk around the block everyday, is better than nothing, it is so important to get out and do this.
Losing your routine due to lockdown, will not help your motivation, so best thing you can do is start a new routine. I've made sure I at least do 30 mins home weights workout or a run down to the beach, if I can do both in the day brilliant. I aim to get up at 7am but if I miss the alarm I run at lunch or do weights at lunch. As long as you have a daily goal you will be fine - everday I will do some sort of exercise; walk, run, weights.
Don't be sad if you lose your path, just get back onto it again the next day and you will get there!
Exercise and also remember - healthy eating, if you are trying to lose weight, you will get no where exercising expecting to lose weight while still eating junk food everyday 😎
