NEWSFLASH - a new name and new page!



I'd be so grateful for any new follows please 🙏🏻😊

This change has been long overdue as I offer so much more now than the MumFit classes I started out with in 2022 and I needed a new name to reflect this - say hello to SJ Fitness!

I'm available for personal training sessions, either 1-1 or small group based in Getin2Shape Training, a private studio in Wrexham City Centre.

I haven't forgotten about all the mums and babies 🥰, MumFit classes continue every Thursday at 11am
