Move 'n Groove

Hello lovely ladies, I am just letting everyone know that after careful consideration I will not be restarting the exercise/ dance classes this Autumn as planned.
After having spent time back in the classroom last week it is my plan to see how I enjoy going back to school doing supply work this Winter.
I would like to thank all the lovely ladies that supported the classes you made it a pleasure to teach the classes!
Keep active -remember use it or loose it!

Sadly Tuesday evening "Move N Groove"
will be the last evening class for the foreseeable future.
The good news is Wednesday morning 10-10:50pm "Move 'n Groove" classes will continue with a warm welcome awaiting new members.
