A huge thank you to all that came to support us at our National Qualifier meeting 🏁.
A very busy meeting on and off track was great to see so many people enjoy north wales autograss all round the field

So after a well run and successful first qualifying and an unfortunate cancellation due to weather we now move ourselves to this weekend 14th of June to our last NATIONAL QUALIFIER, if you thought the racing was spectacular to watch at the last meeting you’ve got another thing coming when it comes to the qualifying rounds with constant close wheel to wheel action with some of the fastest cars in the county.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Dennis Wiggins.

Dennis was involved in Autograss from the very early days and dedicated so much of his life to the sport he loved. Dennis had early involvement of NASA back in the 1970s, his passion and commitment helped shape Autograss into what it is today and continued to grow throughout the years.

Dennis became a familiar voice especially around North Wales and even North Shropshire from time to time through his love of commentary, spending countless years behind the microphone alongside his great friend Dave Purton. Together, they became a huge part of race days for many people, bringing excitement, humour, and passion to every meeting they attended.

North Wales Autograss held a very special place in Dennis’s heart. His dedication, loyalty, and passion for the club will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He was not only a huge ambassador for the sport, but also a true friend to so many within the Autograss community.

Our thoughts and sincere condolences are with Dennis’s family and friends at this incredibly sad time❤️
