A father and son on the same pitch, in the same shirt, in our first ever official men's match.
In yesterday's game against Brickfield Rangers Reserves, called up U17 player Romeo Persico came on as a first-half substitute for Oliver Formstone. In the 85th minute, his dad Mario, our U17s coach who signed up to provide the squad with cover if it was ever needed, came on for George Yarwood.
Father and son, sharing the pitch for Wrexham Foresters. Some moments are bigger than the result. This was one of them.

A tough afternoon against a good and strong side. Being a new team taking its first steps together we take positives, move on and keep building.

Came up short in the second half after a good battle from the lads. Two goals from Brad Dobson assisted by Harry Fuller, and a goal by Lewis Williams assisted by Hugo Tavares.
We take the positives as we focus on work to be done this week in training.
