It’s Game Day – Day 2 of 2!

After a hard-fought, narrow defeat for the men yesterday, it’s now the women’s turn to take to the field at Wymondham Rugby

In their only fixture of 2026, the Vipers welcome Hull KR Development for the third annual meeting between the two sides.

The Vipers come into today’s clash with a perfect 2-from-2 record against Hull KR but they’ll know their visitors will be determined to stop them making it three on the bounce. That sets the stage for what promises to be a fantastic contest.

This weekend, the Vipers head to West London to face Wests Warriors London A in a rescheduled fixture from earlier in the season.

It’s the first-ever meeting between the two sides, and we’re looking forward to the challenge as we aim to keep building momentum.

The East Anglian Vipers return home with the W over our opponents Hemel Stags RLFC🦌 and with our first two vital competition points of 2026!

An absolute scorcher in the summer sun saw both teams pushed to their limits, but the boys dug deep and delivered a huge performance on both sides of the ball.

A fantastic team effort in attack and defence, and we’ll be looking to carry this form and momentum into next week’s rescheduled clash against the West Warriors.

Road trip time for the Vipers!

This weekend marks the start of a run of three consecutive away fixtures for the Anglian Vipers, beginning with the familiar journey to Hemel to take on the Hemel Stags RLFC🦌

It’s always a fiery contest when these two sides meet, and we’re expecting another tough battle on Saturday.

After two narrow defeats to start the season, we’re still searching for that elusive first win. It won’t be an easy task, but the squad is determined to put in a performance and hopefully bring those much-needed competition points back to East Anglia.

Unfortunately, tomorrow’s scheduled game against the London Chargers RL at Wymondham Rugby has been cancelled as our opposition are unable to field a side.

We’re disappointed not to be taking the field, but we’re hopeful the fixture can be rearranged later in the season.

The Vipers travel to Bedford this afternoon to take on Bedford Tigers RLFC A in Round 4 of the London & South East Premier Division and curtain raiser ahead of Bedford Tigers vs Brentwood RLFC “The EELS” in the Southern Conference League clash.
