Anxiety and fear in employees is rarely seen by the public and customers, Your experience at the Leisure centre is the top concern for the team of staff who need your support to make their side of the fence nice again, working in fear is unacceptable for anyone.

Today wymondham leisure centre had to cancel a huge amount of swimming lessons/sessions, people don't want to work for these managers, how long can the council allow wymondhams primary leisure facility to be run into the ground, robbing people of the opportunity to swim, learn and destress, damaging the mental well-being of the customers and employees.

Injury or complaint not attended or answered by a manager? I have received a few examples already but please share more, documenting these will support the change that is badly needed.
Shocking stories of Staff being intimidated and bullied in front of customers, When managers feel safe in openly displaying power and dominance in public then you have an institutional 'top down' problem, Common decency and respect is a human right.

It is with great sadness that it is come to this, but enough is enough and I cannot stand by and watch Staff and Customers be abused and put at risk (Mental and Safety) due to a Bad management team and council disregard.
