Hi, I’m Bella and I’ve been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. I truly believe anyone can enjoy yoga, it’s not about how flexible or strong you are - all you need to do is breathe! Yoga brings together the breath, mind and body to help ease our daily stresses and allow us to be present and focused. The gentle postures relax and release tension from the body and mind, and being with like-minded people is an uplifting and positive experience. BellaYoga is fun, friendly and definitely for you! Bella is an experienced yoga teacher, instructor & guru based near Wymondham, Norfolk. Classes are easy going and student led.
She has over 20 years of experience with all levels and abilities of yoga. Bella has been a yoga teacher since 2003 and welcomes all students regardless of age, fitness or ability. She teaches evening and day classes in Wymondham as well as chair yoga for seniors in many care homes and also teaches Special Educational Needs classes to young adults and children. She takes her Pets as Therapy dogs to care homes, which is extremely popular :)
