At Norfolk Cheer Athletics, we aim to get all-star cheerleading into schools and dance clubs across Norfolk. Forget the pom- poms, all-star cheerleading is a highly athletic sport which combines stunting, gymnastics, jumps and dances to create high energy routines. All-star cheerleading is growing quickly in the UK and we aim to get more young people involved.

Classes have finally been given the go ahead and we will be back starting 9th September.
Emails have started to go out to our existing members, however if you are yet to receive one please email us at [email protected]
We will be limiting numbers so please get in touch ASAP, or if you're new and fancy giving cheer a try get in touch!

*Coronavirus update*
As of this week, we have decided to close NCA until the current circumstances change.
We have limited hand washing facilities within our hall, and have decided the club carrying on as normal is not suitable or necessary for children and coaches at present.
We have numerous children and family members in the at risk category and their health and safety is our priority!
Members will receive emails confirming this news over the coming days! We will keep you all posted if these circumstances change!

This is a sport where our success relies on the entire team being present. As individuals, we must sometimes let go of what we want for ourselves in order to achieve goals for the entire team. We must show up physically and mentally every day with the heart for the team. We don’t make excuses. We don’t back out of our commitment. We hold ourselves accountable for our own actions. Sometimes it’s not easy. Sometimes there’s tension. Or communication styles differ. Or we don’t like decisions that are made. Or we have other things in life we miss out on. Or we just have to suck it up and do what needs to be done. But in the end, we will see it’s been worth it. In the end, we will see the goals we set with our team were our own goals all along. In the end, long after competition day is over, we will be shaped into leaders for life. We will be disciplined, trustworthy, hard working, and honest. We will gain a lifetime of character in this sport. Here’s to showing up for that. Every day. Here’s to being present for myself, my team, and my sport.

Yesterday marked our 3rd annual showcase and what a huge success it was!! All routines were flawless yesterday, and it was so amazing to see all our girls come to life on that mat! Making new friends and community spirit is what NCA is all about (plus cheerleading. 😉) Thank you to all the schools who took part and to all our usual helpers! Until next year! 💙🤸♀️🥇🎀

Another year, another showcase!! Such an amazing day today with all of our school teams and our adult stunt group! All of our teams put on a great performance and we couldn't be more proud of each and every one of you! A massive thank you to all of our helpers, supporters and the schools for making this possible for all the cheerleaders! It's been a blast! 💙💙💙
