Thank you to everyone who joined the first Sound & Still at 🥰🙏

A proper 90 minutes of breath, sound and Reiki, held without rushing anyone through it.

The tubes, bowls, chimes and drums are prepped, primed and ready to go for the next session.

I don't advertise my 1:1 sessions often. But this one deserves a mention.

A private session in my home studio, combining Reiki with sound healing. Solfeggio tubes, crystal bowls, chimes, and deep stillness. It was one of those sessions that reminded me why I do this work.

Soul Beautiful has had a proper glow-up, and Monday's Yin2Vin got the honour of being the first class on the new timetable☺️🙏

New floors, new light, a whole new feel to the room, and a mixed level class to match it. New students and regulars side by side, some finding stillness, some finding flow, everyone leaving a little lighter than they arrived. If you haven't seen the space yet, it's worth the trip on its own.

What a week this is going to be. I am absolutely buzzing!

First up. Monday morning we are GO at the newly refurbished Soul Beautiful studio and I genuinely cannot wait to teach in that beautiful new space. If you've seen the studio reveal you'll know exactly why I'm this excited.

And then to top it all off, Sound & Still on Sunday is sold out! What an incredible response, thank you so much to everyone who booked. We are going to have the most special afternoon together.

Tonight's Yin2Vin Slow Flow at The Jasper Community Space has been unfortunately cancelled. Not by choice, but by immune system committee vote.

Nobody needs my germs added to their Savasana. Rest, fluids, and questionable decision making about how many blankets one person needs are on the agenda instead.

Back on the mat next Thursday at 6pm, same time, same place. See you then.

We're back in the studio and easing in gently after a well-earned summer break.

This block we're working the hips, moving towards some proper challenge poses that'll test balance as much as flexibility. Come and grow with us.
