I think the universe is laughing at me 😂😉
Honestly, Thursday appears to be “lawn mower, strimmer and exuberant visitor in the garden day” let’s hope the talented Felix and Nico don’t have their hands too full filtering the background 🙈 😂
Aparigraha is often translated as non-grasping or non-possessiveness. It asks us to notice what we are holding—physically, emotionally, and within the stories we tell ourselves.
Letting go does not mean denying love, grief or desire. It means allowing life to move through us without trying to possess, control or preserve it unchanged. To “do the work and surrender the outcome.” - there was much surrendering this afternoon!😉
Perhaps the practice today is not to force anything away, but simply to loosen the grip. To make a little more room around what we are carrying—and to trust that releasing what has completed its time may create space for what is ready to arrive.
* Where am I gripping unnecessarily?
* What am I afraid might happen if I soften?
* Is this mine to carry today?
* Can I honour a desire without becoming attached to its outcome?
* What has served me but may no longer belong with me?
* What becomes possible when I make space?
* Can I receive this moment without trying to keep it?
