Yes, I’ve been quiet on here for a good while as I’m enjoying a wee break from social media. Some news to share with you: all our t shirts and hoodies are now organic cotton, and lovely they are too! Rory finished up a 136 # 30” Italian Yew bow today. First arrows were a treat to behold, a lovely bow.

Here’s hoping the heat subsides for a while now. These past months have been challenging for making bows. The heat can ruin a bow before it’s even been finished if you’re not careful. Working on a Holmegaard Osage bow at present as well as some Lemonwood laminates, a couple of big Yew bows too. Watch out for pictures over the next few weeks.

August is the month for bow making workshops it seems. I’ve got three weeks in a row of them in fact. If you’re waiting for a custom bow I will of course be a little slowed down this month but fear not all will return to normal soon enough. Hope you’re all enjoying the weather 😅
