Might repeat myself a bit but the point is emotional eating is 80% of your battles when it comes to fat loss. I still emotional eat from time to time because let’s face it, being a mum is tiring and sometimes we just need a wee summin! The difference is though that it can be reduced and how we act around it can change. I can still maintain my weight even with some emotional eating so if you feel stuck with it and need help, pop me a message.

Raw, look shattered, keeping it real, I go off my point but there’s a few in there… enjoy 🤣 I’m trying to show the real side of things atm while it’s tough because social media can be so fake and only show one side of the story.
