Girls, I’ve broken my ankle . . .
Definitely not ideal when you’re a P.T
But it will make absolutely no difference to my girls because my clients have access to everything they need, month by month and for a full year!!
All my workouts are pre recorded and I do the full workout with them so they have me demonstrating and encouraging them throughout the whole session
Unlike a lot of online workout memberships which just include short demo videos or a pdf to follow
And they have new seasonal diet plans for each month giving them best case scenario nutrition options for each stage of their cycle and for girls who don’t have periods, perimenopause or menopausal
My nutrition categories also include recipes to follow and even fakeaways for the weekends
