**Last Minute Space** Ibiza 2026
Due to ill health we have a last minute shared en suite room for 2-3 guests available for our Sold Out Ibiza Retreat running Friday 1st - Friday 8th May 2026.
There are some great last minute flights available from Leeds, Newcastle or Manchester to join us.
The retreat includes accommodation, meals, a week of workshops including Meditation, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Sound Bath in a gorgeous private villa right by the Ibizan sea. Note - The room is a shared ensuite room which would be perfect for 2-3 guests.

You override tiredness.
You minimise tension.
You tell yourself you’ll slow down once everything is done.

But your body doesn’t respond to logic.
It responds to safety.

When you stop proving how capable you are…
when you step into a space where nothing is required from you…

your nervous system recalibrates.

Shoulders that have been bracing for months soften without being told.
Breath moves lower.
Sleep deepens.
Irritability eases.

Not because you became more disciplined.

Because you finally felt held.

There is a version of you that isn’t constantly managing everything.

She’s warmer.
More spacious.
Less reactive.
More herself.

That’s the woman my spaces are built for.

N O U R I S H // C O N N E C T

There’s a kind of tired that winter brings that rest alone doesn’t always touch.

The tired of holding everything together.
Of pushing through darker days.
Of being fine when your body is asking for warmth, slowing, and care.

On Friday 30th January, I’m hosting Nourish and Connect in Ouse, , from 7-9pm.

This is an evening to be met, not managed.

—> We’ll move through a winter-themed yoga and relaxation practice designed to support the body rather than stretch it.
—> We’ll explore simple, seasonal self care that makes sense for this time of year.
—> And we’ll share a warm, nourishing supper together, so no one leaves hungry or rushed back into their evening.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to have it together.
You don’t need to know what you need before you arrive.

Just come as you are and let the load come off for a while.
